Nieuwsbericht 19 augustus 2026 Met de herziening van het Kwaliteitsregister verschuift de nadruk van externe controle naar vertrouwen en eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Ook de positie van de verplichte vaardigheidstraining spoedeisende handelingen verandert. In dit nieuwsbericht lees je de belangrijkste wijzigingen en wat dit voor jou betekent. Belangrijke wijzigingen Het voortdurend bijhouden van je vaardigheden spoedeisende handelingen is een van de twee basisvereisten van het Kwaliteitsregister . Het draagt bij aan het bijhouden van je kennis, bekwaamheid en professionele ontwikkeling. Dit zijn de belangrijkste wijzigingen: Voorheen moest je in een registratieperiode van vijf jaar minimaal in vier registratiejaren een training reanimatie pasgeborene volgen. Deze specifieke eis vervalt. De reden hiervoor is dat verloskundigen verschillende werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden hebben. Niet iedere verloskundige is bijvoorbeeld betrokken bij acute geboortezorg. Sommige verloskundigen richten zich op spreekuur, anticonceptiezorg, uitwendige versies of echoscopie. Binnen het herziene Kwaliteitsregister is daarom meer ruimte om de vaardigheidstrainingen spoedeisende handelingen af te stemmen op de eigen praktijk en professionele verantwoordelijkheden. Let op: de Nederlandse Reanimatieraad adviseert regelmatig te trainen, bij voorkeur middels simulatie en minstens eenmaal per jaar. Weergave in PE-online In PE-online zie je hoeveel vaardigheidstrainingen spoedeisende handelingen je in jouw registratieperiode nog moet volgen. Als je in je registratieperiode nog twee vaardigheidstrainingen moet volgen, dan staat dit als 0/2 vermeld in je dossier. Heb je een tekort meegenomen? Dan staat er bijvoorbeeld -1/2 en moet je binnen jouw registratieperiode drie vaardigheidstrainingen spoedeisende handelingen volgen.
