Spring jij mee aan boord?

Als HESS Manager ga je aan de slag in ons hoofdkantoor in het centrum van Antwerpen en zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opvolging van het risico-, en veiligheidsbeleid binnen de groep. Je zorgt mee voor het sensibiliseren van de medewerkers rond veiligheid door jouw consequente aanpak bij controles van processen en procedures. Je zal tewerkgesteld worden in het hoofdkantoor te Antwerpen, maar zult je ook regelmatig verplaatsten naar de magazijnen die verspreid liggen over de Antwerpse Haven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van een intern veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkomgeving voldoet aan de veiligheidsnormen en volgt hiervoor de bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Je rapporteert pijnpunten, efficiëntie en effectiviteit van het intern systeem.
  • Je identificeert tijdig risicogebieden, schat er de gevolgen van in en treft preventieve maatregelen.
  • Je hebt contacten met externe partners en wint hun advies in voor de optimalisatie van de processen binnen de groep.
  • Je staat in voor het opvolgen van interne controles.
  • Je onderneemt acties bij incidenten en interventies en je voert mee interne onderzoeken indien nodig.
  • Je bent enthousiast om het HESS-beleid binnen de organisatie verder uit te werken en hiervoor draagvlak te creëren.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Wij zoeken voor deze functie een kandidaat die bereid is om op een flexibele manier bij te dragen aan de werking van de HESS-afdeling.
  • Je bent gefocust op regels en principes en bent bereid problemen of conflicten op een weloverwogen manier op te lossen en hiervoor de nodige maatregelen te treffen.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend en voert taken uit door zaken zorgvuldig uit te testen, feiten te onderzoeken en alternatieven tegenover elkaar af te wegen.
