Bij Intelect, een KMO in hart en nieren waar korte lijnen en persoonlijke groei centraal staan, start je in een traineeship waarin je alle kneepjes van het vak leert en stap voor stap doorgroeit naar Teamlead. Je bouwt sterke klantenrelaties uit, draagt actief bij aan de groei van het kantoor en ontwikkelt jezelf tot een inspirerende en impactvolle coach voor je eigen team.

Dit alles doe je in een gestructureerd traject, met intensieve begeleiding, coaching en ruimte om op jouw tempo te groeien.

Jouw job in drie grote pijlers:

1. Coaching & teamontwikkeling Je begeleidt dagelijks een team van 2 á 3 recruiters, daagt hen uit en coacht hen in hun ontwikkeling. Je ondersteunt hen in hun groei en geeft hen de ruimte om te leren, te presteren en te excelleren.

2. Sales & klantrelaties Je bouwt je klantenportefeuille verder uit en beheert bestaande klantenrelaties. Je begrijpt hun noden en vertaalt die naar duurzame en succesvolle samenwerkingen, zowel online als face-to-face.

3. Office & operations Je zet doelstellingen en KPI's om in duidelijke acties voor het team. Je volgt lopende processen op, bewaakt de voortgang en helpt mee de dagelijkse prioriteiten te bepalen.

Vanaf dag één word je stap voor stap voorbereid op een leidinggevende rol. Je krijgt hierbij begeleiding en coaching, zodat je kan groeien in verantwoordelijkheid zonder meteen alles alleen te moeten dragen. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma op zak - Je hebt een eerste stabiele werkervaring (2-4 jaar) in HR, sales, teammanagement of projectmanagement - Resultaatgerichtheid is één van jouw sterktes - Je gaat proactief en gedreven aan de slag om het verschil te maken - Je weet het maximale uit jezelf en je team te halen
