APS Personeel High Tech Project Manager - Full Time - EINDHOVEN - 4.500 - 7.000 Functieomschrijving High Tech Project Manager Als Technical Project Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter technische ontwikkelprojecten. Vanaf de eerste gesprekken met de klant tot de overdracht naar productie zorg jij dat alles samenkomt: techniek, planning, budget en samenwerking. Je stuurt meerdere projecten tegelijk aan en werkt nauw samen met specialisten binnen elektronica, software en mechanica. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is de afwisseling. Je werkt niet binnen één productgroep, maar aan uiteenlopende technische oplossingen voor klanten in verschillende markten! Binnen deze groeiende R&D-omgeving krijg je veel vrijheid, directe invloed op het eindresultaat en de kans om te werken aan een grote diversiteit aan innovatieve producten. Je kunt daarbij rekenen op een salaris tussen € 4.500,- en € 7.000,- bruto per maand en volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen? - Begeleiden van 3 tot 4 multidisciplinaire ontwikkelprojecten tegelijkertijd, van klantvraag tot productie - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertaalt wensen naar een haalbaar projectplan - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang gedurende het hele ontwikkeltraject - Aansturen van teams van Software-, Elektronica- en Mechanical Engineers en zorgen dat iedereen dezelfde koers vaart - Signaleren van risico's, lost knelpunten op en beslissingen nemen die projecten in beweging houden - Je werkt nauw samen met de System Architect om technische keuzes, doorlooptijden en kosten af te stemmen - Presenteren van de projectstatus tijdens reviews en zorgen voor een soepele overdracht naar productie - Bijdragen aan offertes en haalbaarheidsanalyses voor nieuwe klantaanvragen Krijg jij energie van technische uitdagingen, veel verantwoordelijkheid en projecten die je van idee tot productie begeleidt?
