The posting

Are you accurate, motivated, and do you enjoy working in a logistics environment? GXO Logistics in Tongeren is looking for enthousiastic high working order pickers to strengthen the team as soon as possible.

At GXO, you will work in a modern and technology-driven environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collecting goods in the warehouse using a scanner or pick list
  • Picking products correctly according to orders and quantities
  • Retrieving items from racks or pallets
  • Preparing orders in bins or on pallets
  • Checking picked goods for accuracy
  • Working according to safety and quality regulations
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Physical work does not scare you (a lot of walking and lifting)
  • Good communication with colleagues and supervisors
  • Experience as an order picker is a plus, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of scanners or voice picking is an advantage
  • In possession of a valid high-level order picker truck certificate (mandatory)
  • Willing to work in a two-shift system (early/late) OR Night shifts
  • Good command of English and/or Dutch
  • Valid certificate high orderpick truck
