Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Hilfsarbeiter_in für Altstoffsammelzentrum Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Freundliche Betreuung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Anlieferung von Altstoffen

·Hilfestellung beim Entladen und bei der richtigen Mülltrennung

·Unterstützung bei der fachgerechten Zuordnung der verschiedenen Abfallfraktionen

·Organisation, Abwicklung und Bestellung von Tauschcontainern

·Mithilfe bei der Aufrechterhaltung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im ASZ

·Allgemeine unterstützende Tätigkeiten im laufenden Betrieb

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung: Du gehst offen und respektvoll auf Menschen zu.

·Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit: Auf dich und deine Mitarbeit kann man sich verlassen.

·Teamfähigkeit: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und unterstützt deine Kolleg.

·Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative: Du erkennst, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird, und packst mit an.

·Geduld und Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Auch bei höherem Kundenaufkommen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf.

·Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit Arbeitsmitteln und Sicherheitsvorschriften ist für dich selbstverständlich.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an praktischer Arbeit

·Handwerkliches Geschick und organisatorisches Verständnis

·Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Samstagen

·Flexibilität und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

·Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Verständigung mit Kunden

·Interesse an Recycling, Abfalltrennung und Umweltschutz

·Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung - auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
