Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 2 Hilfsarbeiter/innen wechselnder Art

Dienstort: Lerchenfelderstraße 18, 3500 Krems an der Donau (Betriebsstandort, kein Außendienst)

Beschäftigungsbeginn: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Dauer des Dienstverhältnisses: Unbefristetes Dienstverhältnis - langfristige Beschäftigung wird ausdrücklich angestrebt

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit, 38,5 Wochenstunden gemäß Kollektivvertrag

Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag, Arbeitszeitrahmen 07:00-16:00 Uhr (Gleitzeit nach Absprache möglich). Keine Schicht-, Nacht- oder Wochenendarbeit.

Aufgabenbereich:

* Aufbau und Montage von Fahrzeugkabinen und Wohnwagen-Aufbauten

* Montage von Rahmen, Bodengruppen, Wand- und Dachelementen

* Einbau von Fenstern, Klappen, Türen und Anbauteilen

* Endmontage im Serien- und Sonderaufbau nach Fertigungszeichnung

* Qualitätskontrolle und Dichtheitsprüfung der Aufbauten

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

* Engagierte Quer-und Wiedereinsteiger/innen mit nachweislichem handwerklichem Geschick bzw. Personen mit Berufserfahrung im Karosserie-, Fahrzeug- oder Metallbau (erwünscht, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich)

* Führerschein B von Vorteil (nicht Bedingung)

Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten

* Sorgfältige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Einschulung auf unsere Bauweise

Sprachkenntnisse

* Deutschkenntnisse für die betriebliche Verständigung und Arbeitssicherheit erforderlich (mind.Niveau A2/B1)

ENTLOHNUNG : Mindestentgelt EUR 2.300 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden), 14 x jährlich

Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist möglich und ausdrücklich vorgesehen.

Sonstige Leistungen

Bei Bedarf kann eine Unterkunft durch das Unternehmen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Gratis Parkplatz am Betriebsgelände. Arbeitskleidung wird beigestellt.
