Wir suchen 2 Hilfsköch(e)innen oder Frühstücksköch(e)innen Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Du erledigst die notwendigen Bestellungen für einen optimalen Lagerhaushalt und führst auch die Inventuren.

* Du bist als Alleinkoch verantwortlich für die Bistro-Küche an der Bar sowie bei Bedarf für den Aufbau, das Auffüllen und den Abbau des Frühstücksbuffets.

* Du hast die Mise-en-place-Arbeiten im Griff und sorgst für eine reibungslose Vorbereitung.

* Du wirst den Frühstücksbereich und die Küche regelmäßig reinigen.

* Du hast die Verantwortung für die Annahme und das sachgerechte Einlagern von Lieferungen.

* Du wirst die Hygienestandards (HACCP) konsequent einhalten und umsetzen.

* Du legst großen Wert auf das Wohl unserer internationalen Gäste und hast Freude am Kochen und Backen mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln

* Du hast Freude an Qualität und den kleinen, schönen Dingen

* Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

* Du hast ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und zeichnest dich durch Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit aus

* Du begeisterst dich für die Hotellerie und die Arbeit in einem gehobenen Ambiente, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die Fähigkeit, Gäste auf höchstem Niveau zu betreuen

* Flexibilität und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab
