CLIMA TECH Airconditioners GmbH produziert Klimazentralgeräte und Reinraumkomponenten in vielen Varianten, Facetten und Kundenanforderungen. Während in unserem Büro in Ternitz das Engineering und die gesamte Produkt- und Kundenbetreuung erfolgt, werden die Produkte bei der Firma Geoclima in Ronchi dei Legionari in Italien produziert. Die Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für Kunden aus aller Welt, sowie die Entwicklung neuer Lösungen und Technologien bilden das Kerngeschäft unseres Unternehmens.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Ternitz suchen wir ab sofort 1 HKL-Techniker_in für Verkaufsinnen und -außendienst Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie stehen im direkten Austausch mit Kund_innen zur Projektabklärung und beraten bei der Entwicklung individueller technischer Lösungen - fallweise auch vor Ort, europa- und weltweit.

* Sie betreuen Projekte ganzheitlich und sind Ansprechpartner_in für alle technischen und kaufmännischen Themen.

* Sie nehmen Projektanfragen entgegen und erstellen eigenständig fundierte technische sowie kaufmännische Angebote.

* Sie gewinnen aktiv neue Kund_innen im europäischen und internationalen Umfeld.

* Sie treiben Business Development voran und erschließen gezielt neue Märkte.

* Je nach Projekt begleiten Sie Abläufe auch auf Baustellen.

* Sie wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten sowie im Produktmanagement mit.

* Im After-Sales sind Sie erste Anlaufstelle für laufende Anfragen und sorgen für nachhaltige Kund_innenzufriedenheit.

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, komplexe Herausforderungen zu analysieren und erfolgreich zu lösen

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung für den Austausch mit Menschen - auch in internationalen Kontexten

* Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Kälte-, Elektro- oder Klimatechnik (z. B. HTL, Meister_in - etwa HTBL Pinkafeld oder vergleichbar)

* Hohe Technikaffinität sowie Erfahrung im Vertrieb

* Den Aufgaben entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen

* Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der HKL-Technik
