Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Arbeitszeit: Montag bis Freitag

Ihre Aufgaben

* Wartung, Service und Instandhaltung von Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen

* Durchführung von Störungsbehebungen und Reparaturen

* Fehleranalyse sowie eigenständige Lösungsfindung vor Ort

* Inbetriebnahme und Funktionskontrolle technischer Anlagen

* Erstellung von Service- und Wartungsberichten

* Kundenbetreuung und technische Beratung vor Ort

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Anlagenbetriebs

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder Installations- und Gebäudetechnik

* Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker_in von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein der Klasse B
