für Facility Service

Ihr Profil:

* eine abgeschlossene Lehrausbildung als HKLS-Techniker (m/w/d) / GWH-Installateur (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (Fachschule/HTL) setzen wir voraus

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung können Sie vorweisen, idealerweise im Bereich Gebäudetechnik

* handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Materialkenntnisse

* EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil, nicht zwingend erforderlich

* der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus

* eine selbständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich

* ein einwandfreier Leumund rundet Ihr Profil perfekt ab

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Wartungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an den vorhandenen Anlagen

* kleine Umbauten

* Durchführung von Störungsbehebungen

* allgemeine haustechnische Tätigkeiten

* Dokumentationen über verrichtete Tätigkeiten
