Wir suchen ab sofort an unserem Standort in Weißenkirchen einen 1 HKLS-Techniker_in / Kundendienst & After Sales In dieser Position unterstützt du unseren Kundendienst und After-Sales-Bereich bei technischen Fragestellungen, Servicevorgängen und Kundenanliegen. Gleichzeitig wirkst du bei der Umsetzung von Projekten mit und kannst dich schrittweise in Richtung Projektleitung weiterentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Operative Unterstützung unseres Kundendienstes und After-Sales-Teams

* Technische Unterstützung bei Servicevorgängen, Reklamationen und Kundenanfragen

* Telefonische Kundenbetreuung sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Lösungen

* Organisation und Überwachung von Installationsarbeiten auf Baustellen

* Technische Koordination mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Fachabteilungen

* Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung technischer Projekte

* Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten

* Vermittlung technischer Kenntnisse zu Hydraulik, Anlagenbetrieb und Wartung von Übergabestationen im Rahmen von Kundenschulungen

* Perspektivisch Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Montageleitung sowie Koordination von Installationsprojekten im Bereich HKLS

* Aktive Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Service, Montage und internen Fachbereichen

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Installations- bzw. Gebäudetechniker_in Meister oder HTL-Absolvent_in (Bereich Gebäudetechnik/Energietechnik)

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich HKLS; Erfahrung im Kundendienst, Service oder After Sales ist von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und organisatorisches Geschick

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern

* Deutschkenntnisse (C2)

* Führerschein B

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt bei 38,5 Wochenstunden 2.727,40 € brutto pro Monat in der VwGr. 3 bzw. 3.415,01 € brutto pro Monat in der VwGr. 4. Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit eines Firmenfahrzeugs zur beruflichen und privaten Nutzung.
