Einsatzort: Wien/Niederösterreich/Burgenland

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Führung, Einteilung und Aufsicht von Mitarbeiter:innen und externen Subunternehmen

* Unterstützung des Bauleiters/der Bauleiterin vor Ort

* Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Baustelle

* Unterweisungen und Einweisungen von Nachunternehmern

DEIN PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Polierschule oder bautechnische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Hochbau

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier:in oder Vorarbeiter:in

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Lösungsorientierung und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Sprachgefühl
