* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bau (z. B. Maurer:in, Schalungsbauer:in oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Verlässliche, genaue und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, sichtbar etwas zu schaffen

* Führerschein B von Vorteil
