Wir sind ein etabliertes Bauunternehmen mit langjähriger Erfahrung und einem klaren Fokus auf qualitativ hochwertige Bauprojekte im Raum Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland. Unsere Projekte reichen von privaten Neubauten über Sanierungen und Renovierungen bis hin zu gewerblichen Objekten. Aktuell suchen wir Verstärkungen für unser Team in Vollzeit zum sofortigen Einstieg.

Arbeitsort: unser Büro in 1230 Wien, Traviatagasse 31. 1 Hochbautechniker/in Rollenbeschreibung:

Als Hochbautechniker:in / Bauleiter:in sind Sie für die eigenständige Organisation, Steuerung und Überwachung von Hochbauprojekten verantwortlich. Ihr Alltag umfasst die Koordination von Baustellenabläufen, die Abstimmung mit Auftraggebenden, Subunternehmen und Behörden sowie die Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenzielen. Sie übernehmen die Baustelleneinrichtung, führen Baubesprechungen durch, kontrollieren die Ausführung vor Ort und dokumentieren den Baufortschritt. Die Rolle beinhaltet außerdem die Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen, Massenermittlungen und Abrechnungen sowie die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzstandards. Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle im On-Site-Einsatz, mit Arbeitsort in Wien, Austria.

Qualifikation:

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, Werkmeister, HTL) sowie Grundkenntnisse im Vertragswesen (z.B. Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Abrechnung)

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

* gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Windows, Word, Excel, ..)

* AUER Success-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse zur reibungslosen Kommunikation mit KundInnen und KollegInnen

* Führerschein B

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen auf der Baustelle

* Bereitschaft zur täglichen Präsenz im Büro und Baustelle
