Wir sind auch ein öffentlicher Dienstleister mit interessanten Aufgabengebieten.

Wir suchen 1 Hochbautechniker_in Die Marktgemeinde Hörbranz sucht zur Verstärkung des Bauamtes

eine engagierte und strukturierte Persönlichkeit für den

Bereich bautechnisches Zeichnen, digitale Plan- und Gebäudedatenpflege

sowie technische Unterstützung bei kommunalen Bau- und Infrastrukturaufgaben.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Bestands-,

Einreich- und Ausführungsplänen sowie digitale Plan- und

Dokumentenverwaltung

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Gebäude-, Geodaten- und

Fachanwendungen (GIS, V-DOK, digitale Gebäudeverwaltung)

* Mitarbeit bei Bauverfahren einschließlich bautechnischer

und baurechtlicher Prüfung von Baueingaben sowie

Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Gutachten

* Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Sitzungsunterlagen

und Fachthemen für Bauamt, Ortsbild- und Gestaltungsbeirat

* Technische Mitarbeit bei Gemeinde-, Hochbau-, Sanierungs-

und Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Abstimmung mit Behörden, Planern und weiteren Projektpartnern

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bautechnik

(Lehre, HTL, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im bautechnischen

Umfeld, BerufseinsteigerInnen sind willkommen

* Gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Anwendungen sowie sicherer

Umgang mit MS Office; GIS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

sowie technisches Verständnis und sicheres Auftreten

* Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit den verschiedenen
