FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij alert, verantwoordelijk en graag bezig met mensen? Als Hoger Redder speel je een belangrijke rol in het Aquapark. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de bezoekers veilig en zorgeloos kunnen genieten van het zwembad en de glijbanen.

Als Hoger Redder ben jij mee verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en aangename omgeving. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

- Continu toezicht houden op het zwembad en de veiligheid van de bezoekers bewaken.

- Bezoekers begeleiden bij het gebruik van glijbanen.

- Toezien op de hygiëne en algemene netheid van het Aquapark.

- Bezoekers op een vriendelijke manier helpen bij vragen of problemen.

- Bij incidenten of ongevallen de nodige eerste zorgen toedienen.

PROFIEL

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die veiligheid en bezoekersbeleving met elkaar weet te combineren.

- Je beschikt over een geldig brevet Hoger Redder.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk en oplettend.

- Je blijft rustig en doortastend in stressvolle situaties.

- Je hebt aandacht voor orde, hygiëne en netheid.

- Je vindt klantvriendelijkheid belangrijk.

- Je communiceert vlot en weet op een diplomatische manier met verschillende situaties om te gaan.

- Je kunt tegelijk op een correcte manier gezag en respect uitstralen.

- Je bent bereid om 's avonds en tijdens weekends te werken.

- Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
