  • Diploma: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig diploma Hoger Redder (inclusief een actueel bijscholingsattest).
  • Alert & Verantwoordelijk: Je bent opmerkzaam, punctueel en verliest de veiligheid van de zwemmers nooit uit het oog.
  • Klantgericht: Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en helpt mensen graag verder.
  • Flexibel: Werken in de avonden of tijdens het weekend is voor jou geen probleem (in ruil voor vrije tijd tijdens de week).
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt graag samen in een hecht team van sportieve collega's.

Als Hoger Redder ben jij de bewaker van de veiligheid en de sfeer in het zwembadcomplex. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zorgeloos kan genieten van hun sport- en ontspanningsmoment.

  • Toezicht en Veiligheid: Je houdt preventief toezicht op de verschillende baden (sportbad, instructiebad en wellness) en grijpt kordaat in wanneer nodig.
  • Gastvrijheid: Je verwelkomt bezoekers met een glimlach en beantwoordt hun vragen vriendelijk en professioneel.
  • Hygiëne: Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een kraaknette omgeving volgens de geldende procedures en poetsschema's.
  • Animatie & Lesgeven: Je ondersteunt bij extra activiteiten en indien je de ambitie hebt, krijg je de kans om zwemlessen te geven aan jong en oud.
  • Rapportage: Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke over de veiligheid en voert technische controles uit, zoals wateranalyses.
