- Over Vroom - Vroom in vogelvlucht - Werken bij Vroom - Over Vroom - Vroom in vogelvlucht - Hogere Veiligheidskundige (HVK) Fulltime €4800-€5500 Hogere Veiligheidskundige (HVK) Als HVK ben je een inhoudelijke specialist en adviseur op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en organisatieontwikkeling. Je ondersteunt het management en projectteams bij het realiseren van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de QHSE-adviseurs. Je draagt actief bij aan het ontwikkelen van onze veiligheidscultuur, waarbij leren, verbeteren en eigenaarschap centraal staan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de project managers, projectleiding en QHSE-adviseurs. Je rapporteert aan de QHSE manager. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op kantoor, in de werkplaats en op projecten verspreid door Nederland. Jouw werkzaamheden - Adviseren van directie en management over veiligheidsbeleid, risico's en verbetermaatregelen op basis van de RI&E; - Coördineren en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsstudies en inspecties; - Onderzoeken van incidenten, bijna-ongevallen en het vastleggen van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen; - Verder ontwikkelen van het managementsysteem conform VCA, Safety Culture Ladder en relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Opstellen en beoordelen van veiligheidsplannen, taak-risicoanalyses en projectspecifieke veiligheidsdocumentatie; - Coachen van leidinggevenden op veilig gedrag en veiligheidsbewustzijn; - Coördineren van toolboxen en werkplekinspecties; - Analyseren van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsdata en rapporteren aan de QHSE-manager; - Stimuleren van continue verbetering binnen de organisatie; - Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur waarin veiligheid, eigenaarschap en vakmanschap centraal staan.
