Dan zoeken wij jou! Wat ga je doen? - Behandelen van binnenkomend telefoonverkeer en mails van klanten; - nabellen en mailen van aanvragen door scholen en (jeugd)groepen; - opstellen en versturen van offertes; - upselling bij reserveringen: door klanten te adviseren over welke mogelijkheden er nog meer zijn probeer jij de reservering zo compleet mogelijk te maken; - verwerken van reserveringen; - uitvoeren van administratieve taken voortkomend uit reserveringen Vereisten Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring; - ervaring met telemarketing; - je bent proactief, secuur en assertief; - goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; - kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré; - je kunt goed overweg met MS Office. - Een dynamische en informele organisatie; - een fulltime contract van 38 uur per week; - een salaris o.b.v. functiegroep 6 (€ 2.645,47 - €3.289,31 fulltime dienstverband salaris) van de cao Horeca; - bonusregeling van maximaal 20% van het jaarsalaris; - een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,19 cent met een max van 75 kilometer enkele reis; - 25 vakantiedagen o.b.v. een fulltime contract, 8% vakantiegeld en een pensioenregeling (Horeca & Catering); - gratis toegang tot Walibi Holland en andere bezoekers- en kortingsregelingen; - kortingspasregeling Club van Elf: 50% korting op de entreeprijs bij collega-parken (o.a.
