Als totaalleverancier bieden ze de professionele schilders altijd de juiste begeleiding en oplossing. Persoonlijk contact, klanttevredenheid en een onafhankelijk advies staan hoog in het vaandel. Wat je gaat doen Je begint de dag vroeg met het ontvangen van de eerste schilders die voor de deur staan en jij kunt niet wachten om ze te helpen met hun vragen (ook telefonisch) en geeft ze advies inzake materiaalgebruik en zorgt dat elke klant met een goed gevoel de vestiging verlaat. Zo drink je op een rustiger moment even een kopje koffie met ze of organiseer je leuke ochtenden zoals een "tosti-ochtend" om een goede sfeer binnen jouw filiaal te creëren. Naast het direct verkopen van de producten, zorg je ook voor verkoopacties waarbij je middels een leuke presentatie of een klantgerichte benadering producten onder de aandacht brengt.
