Spitzer-Dach ist seit 125 Jahren Spezialist für hochwertige Gebäudehüllen in der Dachdeckerei, der Dachabdichtung, der Spenglerei, dem Holzbau und dem Fassadenbau. Dabei beschäftigen wir in unserer Unternehmensgruppe rund 250 Mitarbeiter in insgesamt 8 Niederlassungen in Österreich und in Slowenien. Die Stärken der Gruppe liegen in qualitativ hochwertigen, gewerkeübergreifenden Lösungen und kurzen Bauzeiten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene, engagierte Persönlichkeit als Holzbau-Meister:in mit Schwerpunkt Beratung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Bauleitung. 1 HOLZBAU-MEISTER - FÜHRUNGSPOSITION (m/w/d) - Beratung - Arbeitsvorbereitung - Bauleitung

Ihre Aufgaben

º Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination unserer Holzbau-Baustellen von der Beratung bis zur Übergabe

º Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Baustellenteams sowie Einsatzplanung von Personal, Gerät und Material

º Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Visionen zum Ausbau unseres Holzbau-Geschäfts

º Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle für Bauherren, Planer, Behörden und Subunternehmer

º Überwachung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenvorgaben

º Koordination und Kontrolle von Subunternehmerleistungen

º Aufmaß, Leistungsdokumentation und Vorbereitung der Abrechnung

Ihr Profil

º Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Holzbau-Gewerbe (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation)

º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Planung und Umsetzung von Holzbauprojekten

º Fundierte Kenntnisse bauphysikalischer Zusammenhänge

º Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägiger Software (z. B. MS Office, Abrechnungs-/Aufmaßprogramme)

º Führerschein Klasse B

º Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Team- und Führungsqualitäten sowie ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten

Bezahlung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags für Angestellte im Gewerbe. Die Einordnung in Beschäftigungsgruppe IV - nach vier Verwendungsgruppenjahren - mit einem Monatsgehalt von brutto € 3.586,73 - entspricht der absoluten Mindestqualifikation laut Ausschreibung.

Eine substantielle Überzahlung für überzeugende Persönlichkeiten je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und strategischem Input ist ausdrücklich vorgesehen. Es ist insbesondere auch möglich, Montagepersonal (Facharbeiter, Helfer) in diesen Bewerbungsprozess einzuschließen.
