Im Rahmen der Umsetzung von individuellen Bausystemen und schlüsselfertigen Holzbauprojekten, kann man einerseits auf umfangreiche Kompetenz in der Materialforschung und -optimierung und andererseits auf die entsprechende Ausführungserfahrung verweisen.

Zur Verstärkung des Ausführungs-Teams suchen wir für den Standort in Wien eine engagierte, technisch versierte Persönlichkeit für die Funktion 1 Holzbau Polier_in als Montageleiter_in Holz-, Holzhybrid- und Holzsystembau

IHRE AUFGABEN Ihr Wirkungsfeld

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die wirtschaftliche, fachgerechte und termingerechte Ausführung der Baustellen im Holzbau. Sie übernehmen die Einrichtung, Organisation und Absicherung der Baustellen und sorgen damit für einen sicheren und effizienten Ablauf der Arbeiten.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört außerdem

* die Materialplanung, die Disposition und die entsprechende Dokumentation

* die Einteilung, Führung und Motivation der eigenen Mannschaft auf der Baustelle

* die Koordination der Subunternehmer und damit

* das Herstellen eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs

* die Erstellung von Bautagesberichten, Bauaufmaßen sowie Arbeitsaufzeichnungen

Die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, sowie der internen Qualitätsstandards runden Ihren Tätigkeitsbereich ab.

IHRE KOMPETENZ Ihr Fundament

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Holzbau bzw. der Holzbaumontage, mit entsprechender selbstständiger, verantwortungsbewusster und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise.

Neben Ihrer Führungserfahrung bringen Sie jedenfalls folgendes mit:

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Holzbau

* Polierausbildung, oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter

* Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung & Baustellenkoordination

* EDV-Kenntnisse MS Office, CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Führerschein & Reisebereitschaft

Entsprechende handwerkliche Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein runden Ihr Profil ab.
