Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams in der *ETZI-Bau GmbH* suchen wir 1 Holzbau-Techniker_in Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 39 Wochenstunden

Eintritt: ehestmöglich

Dienstort: Ried im Traunkreis

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Technische Ausarbeitung und Konstruktion von Dachstühlen und Holzbaukonstruktionen

mit dem Holzbauprogramm SEMA

* Arbeitsvorbereitung für Holzbauprojekte sowie Koordination der erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte

* Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs sowie Bestellung und Koordination der benötigten Materialien

* Koordination und Abwicklung von Materiallieferungen

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei organisatorischen und technischen Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Baustellenaufmaßen, Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Abrechnungen

* Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation durch Ermittlung, Berechnung und Aufbereitung von Mengen und Massen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Montage

* Laufende Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen den beteiligten Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs

DEIN PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Holzbau (Zimmer(er)_in-LAP, HTL, oder Werkmeister_in)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, Abbundprogramm-Kenntnisse (SEMA) von Vorteil

* Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist

* Abgeleisteter Präsenzdienst, Führerschein
