Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de uitvoering en coördinatie van de planning en control cyclus binnen de organisatie. Daarbij coach en motiveer je de vier teamleden die werkzaam zijn binnen de financiële en salarisadministratie. Samen met je team draag je bij aan een solide administratieve organisatie door borging van interne richtlijnen op het gebied van interne beheersing, externe verslaggeving en consolidatie. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met de Company Controller en de Financieel Directeur. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen en aanleveren van diverse financiële rapportages binnen de planning en control cyclus; - Bewaken van de maandafsluiting en ondersteunen van de Company Controller bij maand en kwartaalrapportages; - Zorgen dat financiële informatie tijdig, volledig en accuraat beschikbaar is; - Begeleiden en coachen van de medewerkers binnen jouw team; - Intensief samenwerken met de BU-controllers om uniformiteit, kwaliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen; - Budgetplannen en rapportages aan budgetbeheerders ten behoeve van de Shared afdelingen.
