Voor onze locatie in Milsbeek zijn we op zoek naar eenHoofd AMCO (40 uur) De organisatie Al sinds 1971 haalt AMCO strorijke paardenmest op bij onder andere maneges, stoeterijen, renbanen en handelsstallen. Door de jaren heen zijn we uitgegroeid tot de grootste in deze bedrijfstak. Tegenwoordig bedienen we bijna 2.000 klanten in Nederland, België en Duitsland. We vervoeren de paardenmest naar ons zusterbedrijf CNC Substrates. Hier wordt de mest op een milieuvriendelijke wijze verwerkt tot een voedingsbodem voor de champignonteelt. AMCO is onderdeel van CNC Holding, een groep toonaangevende bedrijven die substraat produceren voor de Europese paddenstoelensector. Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofd AMCO ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de business unit AMCO en stuur je de volledige keten aan: van klantrelaties en contractmanagement tot logistiek, kwaliteit, mestwetgeving en financiële resultaten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de aanvoer van hoogwaardige paardenmest betrouwbaar, efficiënt en volgens afspraak verloopt, zodat het productieproces continu kan doorgaan. Je werkt intensief samen met Supply Chain om vraag, volumes en levermomenten optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen en bouwt tegelijkertijd aan sterke relaties met paardenhouders en vervoerspartners. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit binnen de gehele keten, zorg je voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving en stuur je continu op verbetering van processen, resultaten en samenwerking. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de binnendienst, accountmanagers, de Coördinator Kwaliteit & Data en de afdeling Mestwetgeving. Met jouw verbindende leiderschapsstijl zorg je voor een professionele en resultaatgerichte organisatie waarin medewerkers zich blijven ontwikkelen en gezamenlijk werk...
