Functieomschrijving Bij onze industriële bakkerij in Rotterdam werken we elke dag met trots aan dagvers brood van topkwaliteit. Vanuit onze locatie in Rotterdam bedienen we miljoenen consumenten. Om dit soepel te laten verlopen, zoeken wij een verbindende en daadkrachtige hoofd bedrijfsbureau. Borgesius heeft zich, 130 jaar na de oprichting als klein familiebedrijf, ontwikkeld tot de grootste Koninklijke Bakker van Nederland. Dagelijks bakken wij met passie en plezier heerlijke en gezonde bakkersproducten voor onze strategische partner Albert Heijn. Vanuit onze 9 bakkerijen in het land werken wij 365 dagen per jaar aan het leveren van de beste producten. We staan voor kwaliteit, vakmanschap en continue verbetering. Wat ga je doen? Ben jij klaar voor een sleutelrol binnen een organisatie waar je écht impact maakt? Als hoofd bedrijfsbureau zorg jij ervoor dat de goederenstroom, van productieplanning tot uitlevering soepel, efficiënt en slim verloopt. Je bent niet alleen de verbindende factor tussen productie, expeditie en inkoop, maar ook een aanjager van vernieuwing en verbetering. Je werkt vanuit het hart van de operatie, bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer én schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en praktijk. Verder zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Optimaliseren van processen; zorgen voor overzicht, structuur en continuïteit; - Zorgen voor slim gebruik en verdere ontwikkeling van ons ritplanningssysteem; - Jij signaleert knelpunten in de keten en komt met concrete verbetervoorstellen; - Continu werken en verbeteren van onze leverperformance en klanttevredenheid.
