Bescherm mensen, informatie en waarden tegen fysieke en hybride risico's als Hoofd Beveiliging bij DNB. Het werk van DNB draait om financiële stabiliteit en duurzame welvaart. Als Hoofd Beveiliging lever je daaraan een directe bijdrage. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers, informatie, waarden en locaties optimaal zijn beschermd tegen fysieke en hybride beveiligingsrisico's. Zo kan DNB onder alle omstandigheden haar kerntaken veilig blijven uitvoeren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de beveiliging van een unieke organisatie met een belangrijke maatschappelijke en nationale verantwoordelijkheid. DNB vervult een centrale rol in onder meer het chartale betalingsverkeer, het beheer van de goudvoorraad en vitale onderdelen van de Nederlandse financiële infrastructuur. Tegen de achtergrond van toenemende geopolitieke spanningen, hybride dreigingen en maatschappelijke risico's zorg jij ervoor dat DNB veilig en weerbaar blijft. Daarbij ben je een gezaghebbende, goed geïnformeerde en betrouwbare partner voor de directie, voor collega's binnen DNB en voor externe veiligheidspartners. Zo doe je dat als Hoofd Beveiliging bij DNB Je geeft richting aan het strategisch beveiligingsbeleid van DNB en vertaalt onze missie en strategie naar een robuuste en toekomstbestendige beveiligingsorganisatie. Je zorgt dat de veiligheid van mensen, informatie en middelen structureel is geborgd en dat DNB effectief kan inspelen op veranderende dreigingen en omstandigheden. Beveiliging raakt aan gebouwen, technologie, informatievoorziening, dienstverlening en de primaire processen van DNB. Je brengt afdelingen, disciplines en externe partners bij elkaar en zorgt ervoor dat beveiligingsmaatregelen niet op zichzelf staan, maar goed zijn ingebed in de organisatie.
