Onze klant is een groeiend en gespecialiseerd ingenieurs- en calculatiebureau binnen de bouwsector. Vanuit hun expertise ondersteunen zij aannemers, bouwbedrijven, projectontwikkelaars en bouwheren bij complexe bouwprojecten.

De organisatie focust op betrouwbare kostprijsberekeningen, budgetramingen, gedetailleerde meetstaten en technische ondersteuning gedurende verschillende fases van een bouwproject. Zowel nieuwbouw, renovatie als infrastructuurprojecten behoren tot hun expertise.

Door hun sterke technische kennis en nauwe samenwerking met gerenommeerde spelers binnen de bouwsector, hebben zij een brede waaier aan uitdagende projecten: van residentiële ontwikkelingen en publieke gebouwen tot ziekenhuizen, sportinfrastructuur en complexe renovaties.

Jobomschrijving

Bij een groeiende bouworganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een leidinggevende professional die mee wil nadenken, initiatief neemt en actief wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Iemand die de calculatieafdeling mee aanstuurt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt over de verdere professionalisering van het team, met de mogelijkheid om deze rol op termijn verder uit te bouwen.

Je werkt dagelijks samen met toonaangevende aannemers en projectontwikkelaars binnen België en volgt uiteenlopende bouwprojecten op. De dossiers variëren van scholen, sociale woningbouw, sportinfrastructuur en ziekenhuizen tot residentiële projecten, zowel binnen nieuwbouw als renovatie.

Je komt terecht in een sterk en ervaren team waarin je een belangrijke rol opneemt binnen calculatie, samenwerking en kennisdeling. Naast het aansturen van het calculatieteam werk je nauw samen met interne experten op vlak van digitalisering, administratie en technische ondersteuning.

Binnen de organisatie krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen, processen te optimaliseren en mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de afdeling.

Een ervaren professional die zelfstandig complexe dossiers beheert, een sterke voeling heeft met uitvoering en het team mee richting geeft. Iemand die verder kijkt dan enkel calculatie, maar ook structuur brengt, processen optimaliseert en actief meedenkt over hoe zaken efficiënter en slimmer aangepakt kunnen worden.

Een echte voortrekker en people manager die het team inspireert, kennis deelt en collega's helpt groeien.

Profiel:

  • Ervaring binnen complexe bouwdossiers (klasse 8), zowel in publieke als private projecten.
  • Minimaal 5 à 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen calculatie.
  • Masterdiploma Ingenieur Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
