Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler binnen de AGF-sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Hoofd Commercie. Ben jij een sterke commerciële leider met een passie voor retail en verse producten? Combineer je strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en weet je zowel mensen als resultaten in beweging te krijgen? Dan is deze uitdagende functie misschien wel iets voor jou.

Als Hoofd Commercie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, uitrollen en opvolgen van de commerciële strategie. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de verdere groei van de organisatie en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten, telers en andere strategische partners. Je geeft leiding aan een commercieel team en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële doelstellingen worden vertaald naar concrete resultaten. Daarnaast volg je marktontwikkelingen nauwgezet op en vertaal je deze naar tactische en strategische opportuniteiten.

Verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de commerciële strategie in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van relaties met telers, klanten en andere commerciële partners.
  • Detecteren van nieuwe business opportuniteiten en marktkansen.

Leidinggeven aan, coachen en ontwikkelen van een commercieel team.

  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten, markttrends en commerciële prestaties.
  • Samenwerken met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.

Initiëren van verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties binnen de commerciële organisatie.

  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie binnen belangrijke commerciële samenwerkingen.
  • Je beschikt over een universitair diploma.

Je hebt een sterke achtergrond binnen de AGF-sector, retail of een vergelijkbare commerciële omgeving.

  • Je kan terugvallen op aantoonbare ervaring in het uitwerken en aansturen van commerciële activiteiten.

Je bent strategisch sterk en durft beslissingen te nemen, ook in complexe situaties.

  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt graag met cijfers.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden.

Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en denkt procesmatig.

Je hebt ervaring met het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van teams.
