Hoofd Crisiscommunicatie Nevenfunctie | Leeuwarden Dit ga je doen Als hoofd crisiscommunicatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de sectie crisiscommunicatie tijdens incidenten en crises. Je zorgt ervoor dat inwoners, media en betrokken organisaties op het juiste moment beschikken over betrouwbare en bruikbare informatie. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een effectieve crisisaanpak. Je start de sectie crisiscommunicatie op, richt deze in en geeft leiding aan professionals met verschillende communicatierollen. Je brengt structuur, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Daarnaast adviseer je over het communicatieproces en zorg je voor afstemming met de verschillende crisisteams binnen de crisisorganisatie. En er is meer: - Je werkt nauw samen met partners binnen de crisisorganisatie en met gemeenten in Fryslân. - Je signaleert wat er leeft onder inwoners en media en vertaalt dit naar begrijpelijke en bruikbare informatie. - Je zorgt voor een overzichtelijke informatievoorziening via onder andere online kanalen, sociale media en perscommunicatie. - Je rapporteert over het communicatieproces en adviseert de betrokken crisisteams. - Je zorgt na afloop van een inzet voor een goede evaluatie, zodat betrokkenen kunnen herstellen en leren van de situatie.
