In deze functie ben jij bezig met het aansturen van een team engineers die werkzaam zijn in de telecom. Jij bent een echt mensen mens, waardoor je weet hoe je jouw team kan motiveren. Je hebt aandacht voor hen en zij weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen. Je kan goed inschatten wat elk individu nodig heeft binnen het team en hierbij bouw je een connectie op met elkaar. Het is gewenst als je kennis of affiniteit hebt met het engineeringsproces binnen de telecom, zodat je inhoudelijk weet wat er speelt. Het gaat om een team van 15 medewerkers die op verschillende projectlocaties zitten door het land. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal afgeronde hbo opleiding in technische richting - Ervaring in een soortgelijk functie - Bij voorkeur ervaring als engineer binnen telecom Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Marktconform salaris - Fijne en dynamische werksfeer met leuke collega's die graag helpen - Ruimte voor vakinhoudelijke groei door middel van opleidingen - Een jaarcontract en bij goed functioneren een vast contract - Reiskostenvergoeding of een auto van de zaak Bedrijfsprofiel . De opdrachtgever is voornamelijk actief binnen de ondergrondse infra, ze verzorgen het gehele traject rond de aanleg van deze infra gerelateerde projecten. De organisatie stelt de mens voorop, plezier op het werk en daarbuiten is dan ook erg belangrijk. Hierdoor hangt er een gezellige en informele werksfeer. Daarnaast hechten zij veel waarde aan doorgroei van eigen personeel binnen de organisatie. Het is daardoor mogelijk om jezelf volop te ontwikkelen.
