Aan de Slinger zoekt een: Hoofd Events en Educatie - Cultuurmakelaar (0,83 fte) De functie Door een verschuiving in het team is er een vacature ontstaan voor Hoofd Events en Educatie - Cultuurmakelaar. Als Hoofd Events en Educatie - Cultuurmakelaar initieer je culturele projecten die passen binnen de meerjarige strategie van Aan de Slinger en de sociale koers van de gemeente Houten. Je neemt de inhoudelijke leiding over het team Events en Educatie, bestaande uit projectleiders van educatie, festivals en maatschappelijke projecten. Je bent ondernemend, ziet kansen waar anderen ze nog niet zien, en weet ideeën om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Je beweegt je makkelijk in lokale netwerken, weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en brengt ideeën in beweging. Je bent de verbinder tussen inwoners, culturele organisaties, makers, verenigingen, wijkpartners en de gemeente. Je vertaalt maatschappelijke en artistieke ontwikkelingen naar inspirerende projecten, festivals en programma's voor diverse doelgroepen. Jij bent die energieke persoon die de eerste stap zet in een project en daarna iedereen meeneemt. Daarnaast ben je lid van het MT, waar je meedenkt over strategische, beleidsmatige en organisatorische vraagstukken.
