Als Hoofd Expeditie & Transportplanner ben jij de spil van onze logistieke operatie en beheer je de voorraden op het terrein. Jij neemt de leiding over onze expeditie, transportplanning en voorraadbeheer en deelt het logistieke proces zo efficiënt mogelijk in. Over het bedrijfDit bedrijf is een echt Fries familiebedrijf met een informele werksfeer en korte lijnen. Ze zijn een nuchter, gezond en groeiend bedrijf, producent van onder andere prefab betonproducten en betonnen heipalen. Dit alles voor de agrarische sector, aannemers, bouwbedrijven, zzp'ers en particulieren. Wat ga je doen?- De dagelijkse planning maken voor eigen vrachtwagens en externe transporteurs - Ritten zo efficiënt mogelijk indelen en chauffeurs goed inzetten - De voorraad betonproducten op het terrein bijhouden en tekorten op tijd signaleren - Leveringen afstemmen met klanten, verkoop en productie - Klanten informeren bij wijzigingen of vertragingen en samen naar een oplossing zoeken - Terreinmedewerkers en chauffeurs duidelijk aansturen tijdens laden en lossen - Zorgen dat het werk op het terrein veilig en overzichtelijk verloopt

Wie ben jij?- Mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek - Ervaring als Transportplanner of in een vergelijkbare logistieke functie - Ervaring met voorraadbeheer en het organiseren van logistieke processen - Goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen, ervaring met AFAS is mooi meegenomen - Je communiceert duidelijk en denkt graag in oplossingen - Je houdt makkelijk overzicht en kunt snel schakelen - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet logistieke stromen efficiënt te plannen
