  • De dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van een team van 8 medewerkers neem je voor jouw rekening
  • Een correcte, volledige en tijdige facturatie vormt jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid
  • Voor een efficiënte werking stel je de werkplanning op en zorg je voor een duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Bestaande processen neem je kritisch onder de loep en optimaliseer je met oog voor efficiëntie en kwaliteit
  • Via interne controles waak je over de volledigheid en juistheid van de facturatie en voorkom je omzetlekkage
  • Wanneer zich een probleem voordoet, schakel je snel en werk je doelgericht naar een pragmatische oplossing
  • Nieuwe facturatiestromen worden opgezet in nauwe samenwerking met commerciële, operationele en IT-afdelingen
  • Facturatievragen van klanten behandel je professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Naast jouw coördinerende rol spring je inhoudelijk bij waar nodig en blijf je nauw betrokken bij de operationele facturatie

Vanuit deze stabiele en professionele werkomgeving krijg je een sleutelrol binnen de facturatie. Samen met een team van 8 medewerkers zorg je voor een vlotte werking en correcte facturatiestromen.
