We professionaliseren processen, verbeteren de sturing op kwaliteit en financiën en bouwen verder aan datagedreven werken. Finance & Control speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Jouw rol Als Hoofd Finance & Control ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor het proces van financiële sturing en control binnen MA. Je combineert strategisch advies aan het bestuur met coachend leiderschap richting het team. Je bent een stevige, onafhankelijke sparringpartner voor het College van Bestuur (CvB), Directie en het management en je neemt deel aan vergaderingen van de auditcommissie. De controlfunctie richt zich in de kern op financiële sturing, waaronder begroting, forecasting, rapportages en investeringsafwegingen. Aanvullend heeft Finance & Control een belangrijke rol in het inzichtelijk maken en beheersen van organisatiebrede risico's en het versterken van governance. De verantwoordelijkheid voor inhoudelijke en operationele sturing ligt nadrukkelijk in de lijn. Je geeft leiding aan de verder ontwikkeling van een registrerende en rapporterende afdeling naar een afdeling met een servicegerichte, duidende en adviserende control-functie. Vanuit die rol draag je bij aan betere sturing door de lijn, versterk je de verbinding tussen inhoud, lijnmanagement en financiën en fungeer je als strategisch gesprekspartner voor bestuur en management. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met andere stafhoofden en draagt bij aan integrale sturing en organisatiebrede besluitvorming. Je opereert op het snijvlak van strategie en uitvoering.
