Waarin elke werknemer zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid neemt om bij te dragen aan het succes van het bedrijf en de gezellige sfeer? Jouw rol als Hoofd Financiële Administratie Als Hoofd Financiële Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële afdeling van FRIS Investment Care. Je combineert financiële expertise met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat het team op een gestructureerde, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige manier kan werken. Je brengt overzicht, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en zorgt voor heldere rollen en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team. Daarbij heb je oog voor zowel de dagelijkse operatie als voor structurele verbetering. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en tijdigheid van de financiële administratie en rapportages en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, management, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen.
