Jij weet dat verhaal te vertalen naar inzichten, kansen en concrete acties. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Hoofd Financiën. Een ervaren financial die verder kijkt dan de financiële administratie en vanuit een brede, bedrijfsmatige blik wil bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en groei van Lodema. Sta jij voor Kwaliteit? Als Hoofd Financiën ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële bedrijfsvoering en ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de directie en het managementteam. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het bewaken en verder professionaliseren van de financiële administratie en processen; - het opstellen, analyseren en interpreteren van financiële rapportages; - het verzorgen van heldere en betrouwbare managementinformatie; - het bewaken van budgetten, resultaten, liquiditeit en financiële kengetallen; - het signaleren van financiële en bedrijfsmatige kansen en risico's; - het adviseren van directie en MT bij financiële en strategische vraagstukken; - het verder optimaliseren en automatiseren van financiële processen; - het opstellen en bewaken van begrotingen en prognoses; - het analyseren van afwijkingen en vertalen daarvan naar concrete verbeteracties; - het onderhouden van contacten met onder andere accountant, banken en andere financiële relaties; - het ondersteunen van de organisatie bij investeringsbeslissingen en bedrijfsmatige vraagstukken.
