(32-36 uur) Omroep Flevoland is dé onafhankelijke en betrouwbare omroep die de inwoners van Flevoland informeert over wat zich in de regio afspeelt. We vertellen verhalen die raken, verbinden en verrassen. Dat gebeurt via de nieuwsapp, website, social media, radio en tv. Omroep Flevoland bevindt zich in een periode van ontwikkeling en transitie. We werken aan een toekomstgerichte en wendbare organisatie die aansluit bij veranderingen in het medialandschap en de behoeften van ons publiek. Deze ontwikkeling vraagt ook om verdere ontwikkeling van onze bedrijfsvoering. Binnen Finance & Control zetten we daarom een volgende stap van een voornamelijk administratieve en registrerende functie naar een proactieve, strategische en toekomstgerichte businesspartner voor management en bestuur. Voor deze ontwikkeling zoeken wij een Hoofd Financiën die richting geeft, mensen in de organisatie verbindt en (financiële) kansen voor de omroep weet te benutten. Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofd Financiën ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële bedrijfsvoering van Omroep Flevoland. Je verbindt financiële informatie aan doelstellingen, prestaties en risico's en vertaalt cijfers naar strategische inzicht en advies richting het bestuur, management en Raad van Toezicht. Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en denkt en werkt vanuit jouw expertise actief mee over de koers en ontwikkeling van onze bedrijfsvoering en organisatie. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de financiële administratie bestaande uit een financieel medewerker en een salarisadministrateur. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een betrouwbare en goed georganiseerde financiële bedrijfsvoering. Ook vind je het niet erg om zelf operationeel bezig te zijn. Je bent daarbij verantwoordelijk voor o.a. de (meerjaren)begroting, forecasting, managementrapportages, jaarre...
