Dan is de functie van Hoofd Greenkeeper op een prachtige golfbaan wellicht jouw volgende stap. Omschrijving Als Hoofd Greenkeeper ben je samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks onderhoud en de optimale conditie van de golfbaan. Met jouw kennis, oog voor detail en leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat de baan er iedere dag verzorgd en speelklaar bij ligt. Omdat je als Hoofd Greenkeeper verantwoordelijk bent voor de planning en de kwaliteit van de baan, draai je ook mee in de weekenddiensten. Eisen - Je beschikt over een diploma Hoofd Greenkeeper; - Je bent flexibel en proactief; - Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en neemt initiatief; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt een team motiveren; - Je bent bereid om mee te draaien in de weekenddiensten. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris volgens de cao Groen, Grond en Infrastructuur; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 26 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen per jaar (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek); - Volop mogelijkheden om cursussen en opleidingen te volgen; - Gezellige bedrijfsuitjes en personeelsbijeenkomsten; - Een afwisselende functie als Hoofd Greenkeeper binnen een groeiende en professionele organisatie.
