NEMO daagt iedereen, van jong tot oud, uit om te ontdekken hoe fascinerend en relevant wetenschap en technologie zijn. We laten zien hoe bijzonder alledaagse dingen zijn of brengen abstracte wetenschap juist op een toegankelijke manier. Zo maken we kennis voor een breed publiek toegankelijk en brengen we wetenschap dichterbij. Dit doen we met een grote diversiteit aan programma's, tentoonstellingen, activiteiten en evenementen binnen en buiten NEMO Science Museum. Voor de stafafdeling HR zijn wij op zoek naar een Hoofd HR (28-36 uur per week) Als Hoofd HR sta jij aan het roer van de HR-koers van deze dynamische organisatie. Je bent niet alleen leidinggevende van het HR-team, maar ook een sparringpartner voor de directie en het management. Jij vertaalt de ambities van NEMO naar een krachtige, professionele organisatie, een helder leiderschapskader en een werkcultuur waarin iedereen zich veilig voelt, groeit en excelleert. Dit vind je leuk om te doen Als Hoofd HR geef je richting, kaders en kwaliteit aan het complete HR-domein. Je combineert strategische visie met een daadkrachtige aanpak op de werkvloer. - Je adviseert het bestuur en informeert de Raad van Toezicht over HR-thema's en beleid, in lijn met de visie voor de organisatie. - Je geeft als lid van het Managementteam mede vorm aan de strategieontwikkeling voor de hele organisatie en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en realisatie van de meerjarendoelstellingen van NEMO. - Je vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar een concrete HR-strategie en heldere prioriteiten. Je ontwikkelt beleid op thema's als duurzame inzetbaarheid, diversiteit en inclusie, arbeidsmarktpositionering, werving en selectie en werkgeverschap. - Je ontwikkelt en borgt het leiderschapskader van NEMO. Je adviseert de directie en het management over teamdynamiek en organisatie-ontwikkeling, signaleert patronen en bewaakt een open, veilige aanspreekcultuur. - Je borgt en professionaliseert heldere processen, compliance (...
