Je vertaalt de strategische koers van de organisatie naar een toekomstbestendige HR-aanpak en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering en ontwikkeling. De zorg staat voor grote uitdagingen op het gebied van arbeidsmarkt, duurzame inzetbaarheid, leiderschap en organisatieontwikkeling. Jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Als strategisch sparringpartner voor bestuur en leidinggevenden verbind je organisatievraagstukken met passende HR-oplossingen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de vraag van vandaag en werkt samen aan de organisatie van morgen. Je geeft leiding aan de teams HR Advies en Arbeid & Gezondheid en stimuleert een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continu leren. Je weet professionals te inspireren en te verbinden en creëert ruimte voor ontwikkeling en vakmanschap. Daarbij heb je oog voor resultaten én voor de mens achter de professional. Je werkt intensief samen met de HRD-adviseur en het Leerhuis op het gebied van organisatie-, team- en leiderschapsontwikkeling. Samen zorgen jullie voor een integrale aanpak die bijdraagt aan goed werkgeverschap, sterk leiderschap en toekomstbestendige zorg. Met jouw organisatiesensitiviteit en verbindende stijl beweeg je gemakkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering. Je brengt verschillende perspectieven samen, weet koers te houden in een dynamische omgeving en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen het Dijklander Ziekenhuis.
