Met haar ongeveer 1000 professionele medewerkers biedt de onderwijsgroep aan ongeveer 6000 leerlingen in het basisonderwijs en 3000 leerlingen in het voortgezet onderwijs een veilige en uitdagende leeromgeving. Alle 25 scholen creëren een leerklimaat waarin leerlingen zich optimaal en veelzijdig kunnen ontwikkelen. Hierbij heeft elke school zijn eigen sfeer en kernkwaliteiten. Uitgangspunt bij alles is de overtuiging dat iedere leerling uniek is en zijn talenten voluit moet kunnen ontplooien. Om continu de meest ideale leer-, werk- en leefomgeving te blijven bieden is deze Onderwijsgroep voortdurend in beweging en bezig met vernieuwing, ontwikkeling en optimalisering van het onderwijs en de organisatie. Met het oog op verdergaande groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar enthousiaste kandidaten met passie voor het onderwijs voor de functie van Hoofd HR People, culture & change manager; standplaats: Zuid-Holland Het Hoofd HR is eindverantwoordelijk voor het strategische en integrale personeelsbeleid en de afdeling HR. De afdeling bestaat uit een Hoofd HR en 7 HR medewerkers/adviseurs (beleidsadviseur HR en medewerkers Advies en control, Advies en beheer, Advies en Recruitment en Verzuim en Duurzame inzetbaarheid). Het Hoofd HR rapporteert aan het College van Bestuur. De afdeling HR maakt deel uit van het stafbureau, dat ondersteuning biedt aan het bestuur, het management en de medewerkers van de scholen. Vanuit het stafbureau zijn de volgende afdelingen actief: Onderwijs & Kwaliteit, Financiën, Huisvesting, ICT, HR en Communicatie en PR. Medewerkers van het stafbureau participeren in de regie- en werkgroepen van schooldirecteuren, die actief gepositioneerd en betrokken zijn bij de beleidsontwikkeling.
