Rhoon is een voetbalvereniging die de laatste jaren een sterke groei in de jeugd doormaakt. Een verdere groei wordt verwacht. Dat maakt dat wij nu op zoek zijn naar een hoofd jeugdopleiding die ons verder helpt in de ontwikkeling en professionalisering van onze jeugdafdeling. Wil je een belangrijke rol spelen voor onze jeugdafdeling, ruimte krijgen om hier zelf ook invulling aan te kunnen geven en ben je communicatief vaardig en heb je oog voor verbinding en ontwikkeling. Reageer dan op deze vacature. Hoofd Jeugdopleiding (HJO) Jouw rol Als Hoofd Jeugdopleiding ben jij hét gezicht en aanspreekpunt van onze jeugdopleiding. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren, bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van het technisch jeugdbeleid, met als doel een optimale leeromgeving te creëren voor spelers én trainers. Je verbindt mensen binnen de club en zorgt voor open communicatie tussen trainers, spelers, ouders en het bestuur. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van het jeugdopleidingsbeleid in lijn met de visie van V.V. Rhoon - Coachen en begeleiden van jeugdtrainers, zowel op het veld als daarbuiten, en stimuleren van hun ontwikkeling - Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen jeugd, trainers, ouders, bestuur en seniorenselectie - Periodiek organiseren van overleg, evaluaties en bijscholingen voor trainers en kaderleden - Bewaken van een positieve, veilige en prestatiegerichte cultuur, waarin plezier en ontwikkeling centraal staan - Stimuleren van de doorstroming van jeugdspelers naar hogere teams en de senioren - Actief aanwezig zijn bij trainingen en wedstrijden om binding met de praktijk te behouden Profiel - Aantoonbare ervaring als trainer van verschillende leeftijdsteams of als HJO - Ambitie om je als HJO te ontwikkelen. - Je hebt minimaal een trainer/coach diploma Voetbal...
