Kuijpers Hoofd Kwaliteit & Proces Den Bosch Noord-Brabant Staf Als Hoofd Kwaliteit en Proces geef je richting aan de manier waarop wij kwaliteit organiseren, bewaken en continu verbeteren. Je kijkt vooruit, ziet waar het beter kan en zorgt dat verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk landen in onze projecten en organisatie. Mijn baan Binnen Centrale Projecten van Kuijpers werken we aan projecten waar de techniek complex is, de belangen groot zijn en fouten simpelweg geen optie zijn. Denk aan hightech omgevingen, life science, datacenters en ziekenhuizen. Omgevingen waarin kwaliteit, commissioning en een goed proces het verschil maken tussen iets bouwen en iets écht goed opleveren. Daar ligt jouw speelveld. Een sleutelpositie voor iemand die kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau wil brengen. Als Hoofd Kwaliteit en Proces ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit en procesbeheersing binnen Centrale Projecten. Je geeft richting aan de afdeling en zorgt dat onze kwaliteitsstandaard continu wordt verbeterd. Al in de ontwikkelfase stel je het kwaliteit- en commissioningplan op en zorg je voor een goede doorvertaling naar realisatie en oplevering. Je signaleert risico's en verbetermogelijkheden, initieert verbetertrajecten en adviseert het MT en de directie over kwaliteit, procesoptimalisatie en lean management. Je verbindt Kwaliteit & Proces met projectteams en andere Kuijpers-bedrijven en bent waar nodig de inhoudelijke expert of reviewer. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan professionals op het gebied van commissioning, informatie- en procesmanagement. De uitdaging De projecten van Centrale Projecten worden steeds complexer. Dat vraagt om een kwaliteits- en procesaanpak die niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook werkt in de praktijk. Jij brengt strategie en praktijk bij elkaar. Je ziet waar risico's en kansen liggen, weet wanneer je moet sturen en wanneer je moet adviseren en krijgt mensen mee in verandering. Je kijkt kritisch naar hoe het beter...
