Je bouwt aan structuur, stuurt op overzicht en zorgt dat processen niet alleen draaien, maar ook slimmer en schaalbaarder worden. Daarbij schakel je dagelijks tussen operationele vraagstukken, teamontwikkeling en verbeteringen in systemen en werkwijzen. Je werkt midden in de business en hebt directe invloed op commerciële groei en betrouwbaarheid in de uitvoering. Deze rol vraagt om iemand die graag meedenkt op strategisch niveau, maar ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt wanneer dat nodig is. In de rol van Hoofd Logistiek in Amsterdam geef je richting aan de complete logistieke operatie en zorg je dat alles rondom de goederenstroom strak georganiseerd is. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, maar kijkt tegelijk vooruit: waar kan het slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder? Je bouwt aan een sterke logistieke structuur, versterkt het team en zorgt dat processen en systemen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met commerciële collega's, Finance en externe partners, zodat logistiek de groei van de organisatie ondersteunt in plaats van afremt. Deze functie is bedoeld voor iemand die eigenaarschap neemt, overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van bouwen aan een stevige basis voor verdere internationale groei.
