Je krijgt de kans om de afdeling verder te professionaliseren en processen te optimaliseren, met directe impact op klanttevredenheid en bedrijfsresultaten. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, planning en ontwikkeling van het logistieke team. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en gestructureerde werkwijze binnen het magazijn en de expeditie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Plannen, verdelen en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het pickproces - Analyseren en optimaliseren van logistieke processen - Signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van verbetertrajecten - Stimuleren van samenwerking tussen magazijn, productie en expeditie - Rapporteren van prestaties, KPI's en resultaten aan het management Het aanbod Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collegialiteit en samenwerking centraal staan.
