Hoofd Medische Administratie - Polikliniek Radiotherapie UMCG , Groningen Vakgebied Zorgmanagement Functie Afdelingsmanager Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast Plaatsingsdatum 6 oktober 2026 Niveau HBO Ervaring Ervaren Dienstverband Niet nader bepaald Wat ga je doen Als Hoofd Medische Administratie (HMA) geef je leiding aan een team van planners en medewerkers medische administratie op de polikliniek Radiotherapie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen rondom patiëntenzorg efficiënt, zorgvuldig en toekomstgericht worden georganiseerd. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet medewerkers te inspireren en te ondersteunen. Tegelijkertijd houd je overzicht, bewaak je de kwaliteit van de patiëntregistratie en werk je samen met collega's aan het verbeteren van processen. In deze rol combineer je coachend en mensgericht leiderschap met organisatorische scherpte. Je vertaalt afdelingsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties en zorgt ervoor dat teams goed samenwerken en informatie helder wordt gedeeld. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leidinggeven aan een team van ongeveer 16 planners en medewerkers medische administratie; - Organiseren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen; - Bewaken van correcte, tijdige en volledige registratie van patiëntgegevens; - Coördineren van personele zaken zoals bezetting, verzuim en teamontwikkeling; - Stimuleren van samenwerking tussen de verschillende disciplines op de polikliniek; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en begeleiden van veranderingen binnen het team. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt constant tussen operationele vragen, teamontwikkeling en procesverbetering.
