Ben jij een geboren organisator met een passie voor complexe techniek, staalbouw en het aansturen van mensen? Voor een internationaal gerenommeerd bedrijf in de regio Hamont-Achel dat gespecialiseerd is in hoogwaardige staalconstructies (zoals bruggen, hoogbouw en pretparkattracties), zoeken wij een daadkrachtige Montage Manager. In deze uitdagende sleutelrol krijg je veel autonomie en impact. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en de directie om indrukwekkende bouwprojecten in binnen- en buitenland tot een goed einde te brengen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Montage Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en opvolging van alle montageactiviteiten op de werven:Plannen & Coördineren: Proactief opstellen en bewaken van de montageplanningen en de personeelsbezetting voor diverse projecten.Aansturen & Coachen: Leiden, ondersteunen en motiveren van de montageploegen op de werf.Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Consequent bewaken van de veiligheidsvoorschriften, de kwaliteit van het werk en de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.Probleemoplossing: Signaleren van operationele knelpunten op de werf en tijdig de juiste corrigerende acties ondernemen.Stakeholderbeheer: Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe betrokken partijen met betrekking tot de montageactiviteiten.

Wij zoeken een natuurlijke, communicatieve leider die moeiteloos het overzicht bewaart over meerdere projecten tegelijk:Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur) of bent gelijkwaardig door sterke relevante ervaring.Je hebt een grote interesse in staalbouw, constructieprojecten en complexe montageprocessen.Je bent een daadkrachtige communicator die teams weet te verbinden en mensen op een positieve manier meekrijgt.Veiligheid staat voor jou onvoorwaardelijk op de allereerste plaats.Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels (kennis van het Duits en/of Frans is een sterke troef).Ervaring binnen de staalbouw, grootschalige constructie of projectuitvoering is een belangrijk pluspunt.
