Je komt terecht bij een internationaal gerenommeerde specialist in staalconstructies die wereldwijd meewerkt aan hoogbouwprojecten, bruggen, architectonische constructies en spectaculaire pretparkattracties. Als Hoofd Montage speel je een sleutelrol in de succesvolle uitvoering van deze uitdagende projecten

Als Hoofd Montage ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van alle montageactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van montageploegen en werfleiders
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de montageplanning in overleg met projectleiders
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang op de verschillende werven
  • Coördineren van mensen, middelen en materieel
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief zoeken naar oplossingen
  • Rapporteren aan de directie
  • Meewerken aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen en werforganisatie

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen directie, projectleiding en uitvoering.

  • Masterdiploma Burgerlijk Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur
  • Interesse in staalbouw en complexe constructieprojecten
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Leiderschap en het vermogen om teams te coachen en motiveren
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een extra troef
